Whiteboards have been around for a long time (ever since the first meeting, I think). If you have a virtual office, you may have problems trying to convey your message, let alone, draw and share a whiteboard that everyone can see.

Well, GE has come up with a slick (and might I add, FREE) online whiteboard. After going through the interface, I think the app has enough functionality to become a useful tool.

Has anyone seen other free online whiteboards? Let me know in the Chatterbox.

This one is free for general use - you don't even have to register - but you can pay to customize it for your own site. It has a lot of great features (including chat and VOIP chat).

Terms of use on the GE whiteboard say anything you draw becomes their property. Don't use this except for very, very, very entertaining purposes.

You might also want to check out for a reliable online whiteboard which can be embedded in your own website and is free for up to 5 users.
