When you start building a web application, you definitely need a database. But where do you start?
Try DatabaseAnswers.org. This site also has a community area for asking database questions.
Over time, if you continue to pay for burning software or hire a contractor to document your network, the amount of money spent can become costly.
Fortunately, there are companies out there providing exceptional software that accomplishes both of these tasks.
First up is the site called MakeUseOf.com where they list all of The Best, Free Alternatives to Nero CD/DVD Burner software. One of the products on the list that I use the most is ImgBurn and loaded that on my portable USB drive.
If you've missed the announcement from Eric Sink a while back, you may be interested in his newest Diff tool called DiffMerge.
I must say that Eric Sink has done it again. The free DiffMerge compares directories AND files and reports on them in a simple window. Double-click on the file and it launches another window to visually show the differences.
This definitely replaces my other diff tool (no comment).

The Daily Cup of Technology posted a great list of 9 free install builders. I'm sure one of these applications will satisfy even the fussiest users.
The Internet Legal Research Group has provided a number of business and personal forms for free. They are so comitted to excellence with the forms that they are offering $50 to anyone who can demonstrate that their forms aren't compliant with state law.
Heck of a challenge. :-)
Can you make it down to the bottom of the level?
This Flash game is downright addicting.
First, the list went to 46. Now it's up to 82.
Very cool list compiled by the TACFUG.
Two parts: Part One & Two.
Free classical downloads offered at Wikipedia.
Good for work. :-)
